Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to treatment rooms or facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas, including rooms and lounges.
• Prepare treatment rooms with supplies and linens.
• Stock towels, robes, and guest amenities.
• Support therapists and spa reception with operations.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Monitor spa inventory of linens, beverages, and retail products.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards per regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for spa events or promotions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Report maintenance issues to Spa Supervisor or Manager.
