Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead guest attendants, supervise daily spa operations, and uphold Forbes Five Star standards. You will train staff, ensure impeccable guest interactions, and coordinate with reception and therapists to deliver a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in spa or hospitality operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a keen eye for cleanliness and guest comfort.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in spa or hospitality operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and schedule guest attendants to ensure coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Provide training and guidance on spa service standards, hygiene protocols, and guest interaction.
• Monitor team performance and give feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure guests are welcomed, escorted, and assisted professionally and discreetly.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain calm, respectful, and supportive environment for all guests.
• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of spa areas including locker rooms and lounges.
• Ensure availability and presentation of amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments.
• Uphold Forbes Five Star standards in all operations and presentations.
• Conduct inspections to uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with spa reception, therapists, and management for efficient guest flow.
• Report maintenance issues, inventory needs, and operational challenges to the Spa Manager.
• Assist in implementing spa promotions, events, and service enhancements.
