Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Guest Attendant to join the resort's Spa Operations team. You will greet guests, escort them to treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness across spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment rooms or changing facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including treatment rooms, wet areas, lounges, and locker rooms.
• Prepare treatment rooms with supplies, linens and amenities before and after sessions.
• Ensure towels, robes and guest amenities are stocked and neatly presented.
• Support therapists and spa reception with room turnover, guest requests and product replenishment.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star standards in service delivery.
• Monitor spa inventory including linens, beverages and retail products.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for spa events or promotions.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Spa Supervisor or Manager.
