The ideal candidate is a certified and licensed therapist with 1–3 years in a spa setting, strong communication, and a professional, guest‑oriented approach. Candidates must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed massage therapist with recognized training.
• 1–3 years of spa or wellness experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage contraindications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and other massage techniques.
• Customize treatments based on guest needs and health conditions.
• Ensure a relaxing and professional guest experience while maintaining discretion.
• Prepare treatment rooms with fresh linens, supplies, and ambiance before sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas.
• Educate guests on post‑treatment care and wellness products.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
