Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Receptionist – Spa Operations to join the resort's Spa Operations team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, and inform guests about spa services and products.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service in spa/hospitality, strong communication and multitasking skills, and proficiency with spa booking software and MS Office. Flexible hours including weekends may be required at times.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage spa reservations, cancellations, and confirmations using spa management software.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain daily appointment schedules and coordinate with therapists and attendants.
• Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and retail products.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the spa reception area.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are delivered in the reception area.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
• Track and report on guest feedback and sales performance.
