Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort seeks a Spa Receptionist to ensure professional spa services, adhere to LQA standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the spa team in achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate billing and smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Process treatments and spa products billing via multiple payment methods.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and desk presence.
• Attend guests promptly and address issues professionally.
• Book treatments within appropriate time frames.
• Recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Assist in setting up treatment rooms and managing supplies.
• Coordinate with therapists and senior team on service delivery.
