Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist to deliver professional spa services in line with LQA standards and provide exceptional guest service. You will manage reception duties, book treatments, and support the Spa team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Key duties include accurate billing, promoting spa offerings, maintaining reception area, and coordinating with Therapists and senior staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing of treatments and retail items via all payment methods.
• Greet guests, determine service needs, and promote spa offerings.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and readiness of supplies.
• Communicate guest-related needs to Therapists and Spa Management.
• Set up treatment rooms and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Drive spa and retail sales and contribute to promotions and launches.
• Assist Senior Therapist with space and rota management when needed.
