Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef Specialty to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and organizing kitchen operations to the highest standards, ensuring SOP compliance and top-tier culinary execution in a luxury, 5-star setting.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in a 5-star international chain and 1–2 years in Japanese or Peruvian cuisine, with strong hygiene, staff development, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a 5-star international chain.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role handling Japanese/Peruvian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in his/her jurisdiction.
• Ensure adequate stocks of working materials and coordinate with other departments.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to achieve top-level service.
• Train team to uphold standard operating procedures.
