As Sous Chef Specialty, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing and organizing the kitchen according to Atlantis operating standards. The position combines specialty culinary expertise with day-to-day kitchen leadership. You will help ensure colleagues consistently deliver the required level of food quality, hygiene, organization and service while maintaining an efficient working environment.
You will direct, supervise and motivate culinary colleagues to perform consistently at the expected service level. Working alongside the Chef de Cuisine, you will help organize the team, reinforce operating procedures and maintain disciplined execution during service. The role also involves supporting colleague training and ensuring team members understand the standards expected within the specialty kitchen.
Candidates must have five years of experience within a five-star international hotel chain, including one to two years in a similar position. Previous hands‑on experience with Japanese and Peruvian cuisine is required. You should also be capable of supporting kitchen leadership, supervising colleagues, maintaining service standards and working effectively with other departments in a luxury hospitality environment.
