Job summary

Diligent in Dubai seeks a Solutions Sales Director to drive revenue growth across existing and new accounts, with a focus on entity management. You will manage large, complex sales cycles and orchestrate internal experts to deliver and expand the Diligent One Platform.

Based in the UAE, you will expand product usage, migrate customers to the platform, and win new accounts by applying a consultative, best-practice approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in entity management space, either as a practitioner or selling entity/subsidiary management solutions.
• Proven success in account management or new business, with revenue targets in tech/SaaS/GRC sectors.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of entity and subsidiary management solutions.
• Prospect and manage new and existing business within designated territory, focusing on large complex accounts.
• Apply consultative solutions selling to understand customer needs and position the platform.
• Leverage industry insights to create long-term competitive advantages for customers.
• Develop strategic account plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute them.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle using approved methodologies and maintain CRM records.
