Job summary

Paynoramic in Dubai is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge client needs with our platform, running discovery calls, designing solutions, and guiding projects to live deployment.

You will map client workflows to our modules, run tailored demos of our crypto exchange, banking, card, SoftPOS and payment gateway platforms, and draft solution designs and scope documents. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate and travel regionally, you will be the technical contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or fintech/crypto engineer.
• Understanding of how payment, banking, card or crypto platforms fit together.
• Ability to read API docs and explain system architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Job description

Our clients are fintechs, exchanges and payment companies in the Middle East and Europe. Before they decide, they need someone who understands both their business and our platform: which modules fit, what needs building, how long it takes and what it needs to go live.

That is you. You will run discovery calls and demos, turn a client's idea into a solution design and a scoped proposal, and stay with them through the launch as the bridge between their team and our engineers.

You will be based in our Dubai office, work closely with the founders on sales, and travel in the region when a deal needs it.

What we look for

• 4+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, technical consultant or engineer in fintech, payments or crypto
• A working understanding of how payment, banking, card or crypto platforms fit together
• Able to read API documentation and explain system architecture to technical and business audiences
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Based in Dubai, or ready to relocate

Nice to have

• Arabic
• Knowledge of VARA, DFSA, CBUAE or MiCA rules
• A network among banks, fintechs or exchanges in the GCC
• A hands-on engineering background
