Quantexa in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects within a global Delivery team. You will join a network of project professionals and collaborate with delivery partners including major consultancies and SI partners.

The role emphasizes Agile practises, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivering data-driven projects across the software lifecycle. Travel within the UAE/Gulf region is required.

Qualifications

• Accomplished project manager with leadership track record.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Drive outcomes and value for clients in projects.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects including contracts (T&M and fixed-price).
• Coach technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Operate with autonomy and engage org for support when needed.
• Devise strategies to manage project stakeholders.
