Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to train Solar customers on product features, assist in pre-sales with PV strings design reviews, SLDs, and EPC/IPP RFQ responses. The role involves ensuring regulatory approvals, PMO collaboration, and contributing to marketing events.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in PV utility and battery storage design, strong CAD/PVsyst skills, and excellent English communication, with Arabic/English bilingual capability.

Qualifications

• Specification reading and compliance preparation.
• Tender documents review and technical preparation, EPC or IPP project experience.
• Knowledge of string & central inverter and skid configuration, Battery Energy system sizing and design.
• Writing the clarification and technical offer preparation as per the EPC or developer RFQ documents.
• Public speaking ability and skills.
• Excellent English with strong communication skills and customer awareness.
• Arabic /English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Training Solar customers on existing and new product features and applications.
• Support Project pre-sales requirements such as reviewing PV strings design, SLD review, Project Specifications and etc and prepare technical Proposal.
• Sungrow Products approvals and registration in clear understanding of regulations.
• Support PMO team during customers' meetings & project discussions.
• Supports Marketing promotion events.
• Perform market and competition analysis.
• Pre and post tendering support like RFQ summary note release, Clarification and deviation preparation.
