Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a Lead Technical Relationship Manager to lead pre-sales activities for regional accounts in solar and energy storage projects. You will coordinate with product and R&D to drive technical iterations and upgrades while promoting the company’s brand and technical advantages.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering preferred), 3–5+ years of pre-sales experience, strong proposal and negotiation skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for engineering majors such as power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation.
• A minimum of 3 years (Masters) or 5 years (Bachelor) of pre-sales or related experience in the solar and energy storage (PV+ESS) industry.
• Strong professional technical capabilities, excellent proposal/content writing skills, and solid business negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Experience with large-scale solar and energy storage projects (1GW/500MWh or above) is highly preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English; ability to accept overseas business trips lasting 6 months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical relationship management for key regional accounts, establishing and maintaining strong connections with clients' technical teams.
• Conduct regular exchanges with key regional accounts to promote and embed the company’s brand value and technical advantages.
• Identify and analyze the needs of key regional accounts, collaborating with product and R&D departments to drive technical iterations and product upgrades.
• Conduct market research to uncover and analyze competitor information, delivering high-quality competitive analysis reports.
• Lead technical coordination for key regional accounts and major projects.
