Job summary

Trina Solar in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Regional Product Manager/Pre-Sales to support MEA sales targets, develop PV portfolio understanding, and provide product and technical support for utility and distribution opportunities.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; English fluency; travel across MEA; and collaboration with HQ and customers to drive launches, certifications, and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong PV industry knowledge and technical background.
• Experience in product management, application engineering or pre-sales support preferred.
• Experience supporting utility-scale solar projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales targets aligned with MEA business plan.
• Develop understanding of PV product portfolio, roadmap and strategy.
• Partner with MEA Sales Managers to provide product/technical support.
• Maintain close customer communication to capture market needs.
• Monitor market trends and prepare market intelligence reports.
• Assist with product launches, localization of marketing materials, and trainings.
• Respond to technical inquiries and prepare proposals and simulations.
