Job summary

IAN Sustainable Solutions in Dubai, UAE, seeks a hands-on Site Engineer for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage EPC projects. You will lead site execution, manage teams, and drive EPC opportunities while ensuring compliance with DEWA and local regulations.

The role requires 3–4 years of UAE solar EPC experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to generate equipment trading and O&M revenue. A UAE driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Solar PV and Energy Storage EPC experience in Dubai and the UAE.
• Experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and generate EPC opportunities and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Solar PV EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and compliance with specifications.
• Oversee site installations, testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover for various solar installations.
• Conduct site surveys, review drawings, assess requirements, prepare material estimates, and coordinate submissions.
• Manage subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, consultants, and clients for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, UAE regulations, HSE standards, and project approvals.
• Assist in preparation of quotations, BOQs, tenders, and proposals with management.
• Represent IAN professionally in site meetings and client discussions.
