Job summary

FAIRCODE MIDDLE EAST is seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to lead software sales and drive growth in the Dubai market. You will develop sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and promote ERP, e-invoicing, CRM, HRMS, POS, and other business applications.

The role requires 3–5 years in software/ERP/SaaS sales with 1–2 years in leadership, a strong B2B mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in software/ERP/SaaS/IT solution sales; 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM/ERP system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
