Job summary

Faircode Middle East IT Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to drive software sales for ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS and related applications. You will lead the sales strategy, manage the pipeline, and close new business with enterprise clients.

Joining immediately, you will mentor a sales team, build key client relationships, and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handovers while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solution Sales.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales leadership/managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong client relationship and key account management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams for smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM/ERP systems.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
