Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content for real estate projects, launches, events and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, reels and compelling brand storytelling ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers and video editors to produce high-quality digital content.
• Manage social media publishing, audience engagement, comments and direct messages.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience growth and engagement metrics to optimize results.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, design, video production and daily marketing workflows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, managing online communities, and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve creativity and streamline content production. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content for real estate projects, launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, reels, and compelling brand storytelling ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality digital content.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, design, video production, and daily marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and content planning skills.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics.
• Experience coordinating creative production and maintaining content calendars.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• UAE real estate marketing experience is an advantage.
