Job summary

ALIGN ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY SERVICES LLC in Dubai seeks a creative Marketing Specialist to drive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram and GCC channels. You will craft posts, carousels, infographics, short-form videos and interview content, ensuring brand consistency.

You will manage content calendars, campaigns and publishing while monitoring trends and audience insights to boost engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Job description

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across the GCC.

• Create high-quality visual and written content, including posts, carousels, infographics, campaign creatives, reels, interviews and short-form videos.

• Manage content calendars, scheduling, campaigns, approvals and publishing while maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

• Monitor trends, competitors and audience insights to develop relevant content ideas and improve engagement and campaign performance.

• Coordinate marketing activities, prepare performance reports and use AI tools to enhance content creation, research and creative workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation or social media management, with a strong creative portfolio.

• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with video-editing experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms.

• Strong content writing, creative, communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently.

• Experience with AI tools and performance reporting; GCC, B2B, recruitment, manpower or professional services experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
