Job summary

People Konnect in Dubai is seeking a talented social media & content professional to manage luxury real estate channels and creator-led content. You will publish agent videos, market updates and community spotlights across multiple platforms while building personal brands for agents and keeping a consistent brand toolkit.

You will handle comments, routing leads, analyze performance, and produce monthly analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media and content, ideally for real estate, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing several accounts at once, including personal brands.
• Strong creative vision, shooting and editing skills for reels and short videos (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, Google Search Console and Analytics.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, a scheduling tool, Adobe Suite or Canva.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, and paid social ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Publish agent videos, market updates and community spotlights.
• Manage comments and DMs, and route leads to the right agent the same day.
• Manage and strategise agent's Instagram (and LinkedIn) as an extension of the company page.
• Build a simple personal brand for each agent: bio, highlights, tone and posting rhythm.
• Keep a shared brand toolkit (templates, captions, hashtags) so every page looks consistent.
• Cross-post and reshare between agent and company pages to grow both.
• Assist with shoots and editing of reels, photos and short videos of brokers and communities.
• Write captions, linkedin posts.
• Plan, publish and guide content around buyer and investor search terms.
• Track analytics and leads, and create reports monthly.
