Goldapple is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive growth on Instagram and Telegram in Dubai. You will own content strategy, execution, and performance, launching scalable formats and special projects that increase reach, engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, testing formats, coordinating publishing schedules, and delivering KPI-driven results across channels. Fluent English; Arabic/Russian a plus; 2+ years in SMM preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media / SMM (beauty, retail, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG)
• Proven experience managing Instagram with measurable growth results
• Solid understanding of content strategy and scalable content formats
• Ability to work with a structured content plan and publishing discipline
• Experience running social media special projects and partnerships
• Confidence in content creation and publishing: captions, storytelling, tone of voice
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize formats

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive growth across our key social channels in Dubai.You will own content strategy, execution, and performance across Instagram and Telegram, launching scalable formats and special projects that grow reach, engagement, and conversions.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a strong social media strategy across Instagram and Telegram, developing scalable content formats, launching special projects, and delivering measurable growth and conversion results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the social media growth strategy for Dubai across key channels (Instagram, Telegram)
• Create, test, and scale content formats aimed at increasing follower growth, reach, and engagement
• Launch and manage social media special projects and brand partnerships
• Prepare, publish, and maintain consistent content output across all assigned channels
• Analyze content performance and continuously optimize formats based on insights and data
• Ensure regular, timely posting and strict adherence to publishing schedules
• Deliver target growth and conversion KPIs for assigned social media channels

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English, Arabic and Russian would be an asset
