RAKBANK seeks a Business Banking Relationship Officer in Dubai to manage SME portfolios and deliver exceptional banking services. This role focuses on acquiring new business accounts and strengthening client relationships while driving revenue through transaction banking and liability products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.
• Understanding of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and transaction banking services.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and customer onboarding requirements within the banking sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and expand a portfolio of SME liability relationships while maintaining strong client engagement.
• Identify and acquire new business customers for liability and transaction banking products.
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets while operating within approved risk parameters.
• Ensure proper onboarding, activation, and funding of new business accounts.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide professional guidance and financial solutions aligned with client needs.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
