Job summary

Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager - Acquisition to drive SME banking growth by acquiring new-to-bank clients and promoting lending and transaction banking solutions. You will build a strong sales pipeline and tailor financing proposals to client needs.

You will collaborate with Credit, Operations and Product teams, ensure KYC/compliance, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to SME business owners and key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years SME lending or relationship management.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SME lending products.
• CRM familiarity.
• English fluency mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME customers and grow the bank's Business Banking portfolio.
• Generate new opportunities via prospecting, referrals, and market outreach.
• Promote SME lending products: Working Capital Finance, Trade Finance, Unsecured Loans, Merchant POS Lending, Asset-backed Lending.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new-to-bank prospects.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and tailor solutions.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.
• Prepare financing proposals aligned with customer needs and bank policies.
• Ensure KYC, compliance and documentation are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product and Compliance teams.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and update customer records.
