Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of hands-on site experience, with familiarity in HVAC, plumbing, piping or heavy machinery, and knowledge of Indian codes. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical site supervision or construction roles.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, process piping, or heavy machinery installation.
• Familiarity with Indian engineering codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve mechanical engineering issues ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with other project elements.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical site supervision or construction roles.

Proven experience in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, process piping, or heavy machinery installation.

Familiarity with relevant Indian engineering codes, standards, and construction practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years.

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and SR. Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
