Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Structural Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate the work of subcontractors to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has 3–5 years of hands-on structural site supervision experience in construction, with familiarity of IS codes. Gulf/ADNOC exposure is preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and SR Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
