Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior commissioning lead to manage end-to-end processes. You will ensure systems meet design specs, develop detailed commissioning plans, and coordinate engineers, technicians and contractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires a strong track record in pre- and post-commissioning activities, with a preference for Gulf/ADNOC experience and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end commissioning projects in Oil & Gas, Power Generation or Infrastructure.
• Ability to develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Proven testing troubleshooting and performance verification of installed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners; candidates with non-related infra experience not eligible.

Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans schedules and procedures meticulously tracking progress and identifying potential risks

Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary teams including engineers technicians and contractors fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment

Conduct rigorous testing troubleshooting and performance verification of all installed systems ensuring optimal functionality and safety

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline) or equivalent practical experience

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in commissioning, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Infrastructure sectors.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex commissioning projects from inception to completion.

Expertise in commissioning methodologies, including pre-commissioning, functional testing, and performance testing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 yearsFor managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experienceManagerial and SR. Positions:A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
