Job summary

Oversee on-site civil construction activities, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met on large Gulf-region projects. Lead subcontractors and labour, enforce HSE policies, and conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and productivity.

Coordinate progress against the construction plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and compliant with client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects in Gulf region.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
