Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks a senior Plant Supervisor to oversee daily deployment of plant equipment, coordinate with operators and maintenance teams, and ensure safety compliance across manufacturing sites in India.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 5 years in plant supervision, and have a proven track record in production leadership, ISO quality standards, and safety protocols. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in plant supervision or a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment condition certifications and load test validity, cranes and lifting gear.
• Monitor operator competency, licenses and safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation for equipment inspection, testing and statutory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
