Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior site planning professional to lead layout and grading design for complex developments. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure integration with overall project designs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in site planning/land development and familiarity with relevant Gulf regulations, plus a degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture. Immediate joiners are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field with a strong foundation in site planning principles.
• Licensure or certification (e.g., PE, PLA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in site planning and land development with knowledge of regulatory environments (local, state, federal).

• Exhibits a deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to site development and environmental compliance

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Maximum age limit is 49 years

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and Senior Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
