Job summary

Central Trading Company, the automotive aftermarket division under Al Rostamani Group, in Dubai seeks a Sales Support Specialist to assist showroom operations and customer inquiries. You will handle calls, prepare quotations, process orders, and liaise with finance for invoicing and delivery planning.

The role requires a minimum of higher secondary or diploma, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ FMCG sales experience. English is essential; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. Higher Secondary or Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years FMCG sales experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend business calls and emails pertaining to sales queries.
• Provide pricing, availability, delivery dates and delays to customers.
• Prepare sales quotations with accurate prices and discounts.
• Input orders into the system and ensure timely processing.
• Inform customers about delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts.
• Notify customers of delays and arrange alternative delivery.
• Maintain filing systems and generate reports for finance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and deliveries.
• Comply with QMS requirements.
