Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC is seeking an articulate showroom sales assistant to handle calls, inquiries, and quotations. You will process orders, update customers on pricing, availability, and delivery dates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.

The role requires FMCG sales experience, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Arabic and Hindi language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. Higher Secondary or Diploma; a Bachelor degree is preferable.
• 3 years of experience in FMCG sales environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic and Hindi are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend business calls and emails as the first point of contact.
• Provide pricing, availability, delivery dates, and delays information.
• Prepare and review sales quotations with discounts and product numbers.
• Input and process orders per customers’ delivery requirements.
• Inform customers about delivery schedules, warranties and service contracts.
• Notify customers of delays and arrange alternative delivery schedules.
• Maintain filing systems, generate reports, and support finance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and logistics for smooth operations.
• Comply with the company QMS requirements.
