BIGH in Dubai is seeking a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager / Marketing Manager to drive sales and lead generation in the UAE 4x4/off-road market. You will manage showroom activities, coordinate with accessories and installation services, and build strong relationships with clubs and influencers.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of off-road enthusiasts, solid CRM usage, and the ability to organize events and campaigns that convert inquiries into repeat business.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer requirements and present vehicle plus accessories and installation as a package.
• Develop showroom presentation of accessories and ensure proper display.
• Grow corporate, fleet and other channels for new business.
• Build a sustainable sales pipeline beyond walk-in customers.
• Record and follow up showroom enquiries through CRM.
• Organize customer drives, off-road events and participation in exhibitions.
• Establish partnerships with 4x4 clubs and content creators.
• Lead generation activities using marketing and digital channels.

The primary objective is to:

• Must have awareness on4x4 / Off-Roading.
• Should know to identify customer requirements and offer vehicle + accessories + installation/customization as a complete package.
• Build a strong customer base within the UAE 4x4/off-road community.
• Generate new business through corporate, fleet, and other channels.
• Increase revenue through accessories, modifications, custom builds and after-sales services.
• Develop strategic relationships with 4x4 clubs, influencers, workshops, suppliers and event organizers.
• Maintain strong inventory discipline and ensure fast stock rotation.
• Build a sustainable pipeline rather than relying only on walk-in showroom customers.
• Ensure every showroom enquiry is properly recorded and followed up through CRM.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activity.
• Ensure professional presentation of accessories in the showroom.
• Develop relationships with 4x4 clubs and communities.
• Organize customer drives and off-road events.
• Participate in exhibitions and automotive events.
• Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test-drive events.
• Develop partnerships with off-road influencers/content creators.
• Create customer referral programmes.
• Develop loyalty programmes for existing customers.
