Job summary

Bahwan Motors Auto Accessories in Dubai is seeking a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager / Marketing Manager to lead the showroom, drive sales and manage lead generation for our 4x4/off-road products. You will present complete vehicle + accessories packages and organize customer demonstrations and events.

You will build and maintain a strong UAE 4x4 community network, manage partnerships with clubs and influencers, and ensure CRM-driven follow-ups and inventory discipline to grow profits.

Qualifications

• Awareness of 4x4/off-road vehicles is essential.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and offer a complete vehicle + accessories + installation package.
• Build a strong customer base within the UAE 4x4/off-road community.
• Develop partnerships with clubs, influencers, workshops and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and bundle vehicle + accessories + installation as a complete package.
• Build and nurture a UAE-wide 4x4/off-road customer base.
• Generate new business through corporate, fleet, and other channels.
• Increase revenue via accessories, modifications, and after-sales services.
• Develop relationships with 4x4 clubs, influencers, and event organizers.
• Organize customer drives, off-road events and exhibitions.
• Ensure showroom enquiries are recorded and followed up in CRM.
