BIGH in Dubai is seeking a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager / Marketing Manager to drive sales and lead generation in the UAE 4x4/off-road market. You will manage showroom activities, coordinate with accessories and installation services, and build strong relationships with clubs and influencers.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of off-road enthusiasts, solid CRM usage, and the ability to organize events and campaigns that convert inquiries into repeat business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and present vehicle plus accessories and installation as a package.
• Develop showroom presentation of accessories and ensure proper display.
• Grow corporate, fleet and other channels for new business.
• Build a sustainable sales pipeline beyond walk-in customers.
• Record and follow up showroom enquiries through CRM.
• Organize customer drives, off-road events and participation in exhibitions.
• Establish partnerships with 4x4 clubs and content creators.
• Lead generation activities using marketing and digital channels.
