• Generate new business through corporate, fleet, and other channels.
• Increase revenue through accessories, modifications, and after-sales services.
• Develop relationships with 4x4 clubs, influencers, workshops, suppliers and event organizers.
• Maintain strong inventory discipline and ensure fast stock rotation.
• Build a sustainable pipeline beyond showroom walk-ins.
• Record and follow up every showroom enquiry via CRM.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activity.
• Ensure professional showroom presentation of accessories.
• Organize customer drives and off-road events.
• Participate in exhibitions and automotive events.
• Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Create customer referral and loyalty programmes.
• Develop lead generation through events.
• Build a database of serious 4x4 enthusiasts.
• Knowledge on Marketing & Digital Business to direct lead generation.
