Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be a crucial liaison between customers and workshop teams in Dubai. You will handle service inquiries, prepare quotes, obtain approvals, and manage payments, aiming to deliver value with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor in Automotive/Marine/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 8+ years at OEM dealerships and at least 5 years in a Service Advisor role, plus

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Marine/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years overall experience with authorized OEM dealership, including at least 5 years as a Service Advisor.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ARIBA, CRM/DBM; English proficiency; Arabic is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and technicians to build rapport and clarify requests.
• Serve as liaison between customers and workshop to ensure service needs are understood and addressed.
• Provide guidance on service options, including time and cost estimates.
• Prepare service quotations and reports, and follow up on approvals.
• Drive upselling and conversion of additional jobs, preventive maintenance, and parts recommendations.
• Ensure jobs are completed with workshop and spare parts teams, with accurate billing and post-service feedback.
