Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable automotive workshop or dealership environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection of customer vehicles upon arrival and document any damage or concerns.
• Oversee smooth handover of serviced vehicles and inform customers about work done and recommendations.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process and after delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear, professional communication regarding service recommendations and costs.
• Collaborate with workshop foremen and technicians to ensure accurate information flow and service execution.
• Identify and validate customer concerns and determine whether issues are normal or require action.
• Prepare accurate estimates for routine repair and maintenance work and explain costs to customers.
