Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide professional service to customers by accurately recording and organizing repair and maintenance work, based on manufacturer recommendations and approved requirements.

You will greet customers, discuss needs, explain costs, prepare work instructions for technicians, supervise job progress, and ensure final delivery meets the stated standards, while actively growing the customer base through proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate.
• 2-5 years' experience in automotive trade.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers and discuss servicing/repair needs.
• Explain contents of the job, its value and costs; prepare clear work instructions for technicians.
• Organize inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver the vehicle after repair with courteous service and maintain relationship with customer.
• Upsell new accessories and service packages; participate in service campaigns.
• Keep customers informed about progress and back-order parts; follow up on WIP and delivery timelines.
