Our recruitment and training consultancy works with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Berlin .

Job Description

The Senior Fashion Design is responsible for elevating brand product experience with a focus on Global Trends for Women. You will deliver and drive brand tools for various categories at brand. You can influence and inform the future of category look & feel.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
• Collaborate with the fashion design team in selecting seasonal themes, mood boards, and inspirations aligned with each brand’s DNA.
• Ensure that products are in line with the business strategy.
• Manage the entire design process, from concept to final styling.
• Develop complete collections (30–50 options) based on the approved color palette, mood board, and fabrics, and present them for validation by the Managing Director (MD).
• Create pre-designs using CAD and technical sheets (Tech Packs).
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the creation, review, and delivery of samples within established deadlines.
• Negotiate prices and garment quality with suppliers.
• Supervise photo shoots to ensure the collection is presented exactly as originally designed.
• Support the stylist in selecting the appropriate combinations of garments and accessories.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the design team, providing continuous support and feedback.
