Job summary

Ayat Group in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales for our block manufacturing business. You will develop opportunities, manage key customers, reach targets, and expand market share across the UAE.

Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with production to ensure product availability and timely delivery. A strong network and leadership skills are essential to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in block factory or concrete products.
• Strong network of contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies in UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred; fluency in English required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies.
• Promote and sell concrete blocks and other manufactured products.
• Generate sales leads through market research, networking, site visits and referrals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements.
