UAE Sales Manager – Concrete Blocks

Job summary

Ayat Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our block manufacturing sales efforts. You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and aim to exceed targets in a competitive market.

You will develop strategies, coordinate with production, and represent the company at industry events. Fluency in English is required; UAE driving license is a plus, and a strong local network is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in a block factory or concrete products.
• Strong network of contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies.
• Promote and sell concrete blocks and other manufactured products.
• Generate sales leads through market research, networking, site visits, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide management with updates on sales performance and market developments.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs and take corrective action where required.
• Participate in construction exhibitions, industry events, and business networking activities, when required.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team, where applicable.
