Job summary

Ostermeier FZE, a leading trading and manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in building products to drive revenue and manage key accounts. The role requires UAE sales experience and a valid driving license.

You will lead the sales team, develop innovative strategies, and focus on market analysis and customer insights to capture new opportunities. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in building products, construction materials, or related industries.
• Mechanical or Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Result‑oriented and target‑driven.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales team performance by setting and tracking ambitious sales targets ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding expectations.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies focusing on market analysis and customer insights to capture new opportunities and increase revenue.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing sales team providing coaching, training and support to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage and maintain key customer relationships acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and resolving critical issues.
