Mobco Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in the UAE construction and contracting market. The role focuses on generating project leads, developing opportunities, and winning projects through strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders across Dubai.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of BD experience in UAE construction/contracting.
• Civil engineering background strongly preferred.
• Proven track record converting leads to awarded projects.
• Extensive network with developers, consultants, contractors, and clients in Dubai/UAE.
• Deep knowledge of contracts, tendering, procurement, and project development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategies to generate construction opportunities.
• Identify and secure new project leads and tenders in the UAE, especially Dubai.
• Maintain relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and government entities.
• Build and sustain an active project and client pipeline.
• Monitor UAE market for developments, tenders, and major opportunities.
• Lead BD process from lead generation to qualification, negotiation, and award.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Commercial, Technical, and Ops teams for proposals.
• Represent Mobco Group at client meetings, events, and forums.
• Prepare reports on BD activities, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Support market-entry strategies and identify new sectors and clients.
• Ensure strong client relationship management and long-term partnerships.
