Job summary
MOBCO Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a deep network in the UAE construction and contracting market to drive new opportunities and secure projects.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in business development within UAE construction, excels at building client relationships, lead generation, tenders, and coordinating with Estimation, Commercial, Technical and Operations teams to win projects.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development within UAE construction.
- Civil engineering background strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating project leads and conversions to awarded projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE construction market and key players.
- Established network with developers, consultants, contractors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BD strategies to generate construction opportunities.
- Identify and secure new project leads, tenders and opportunities in Dubai/UAE.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors and government entities.
- Maintain an active project and client pipeline and monitor market opportunities.
- Lead BD processes from lead generation through negotiation and award.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Commercial, Technical and Operations to craft competitive bids.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and forums.
- Prepare regular reports on BD activities, pipeline and opportunities.
- Support management with market-entry strategies and new sectors.
