XAD Technologies LTD in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep experience in Mobile Network and Fixed Network domains to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UAE and internationally.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source telecom professionals through portals and networks, conduct technical interviews, manage salary discussions, and build a strong pipeline while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
Telecom recruitment experience is mandatory.
Experience with end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
Proficient with job portals, social media recruiting and databases.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mobile Network and Fixed Network roles.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract telecom professionals.
Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and deliver profiles.
Source candidates via portals, social platforms, internal databases, and agencies.
Conduct technical and competency-based interviews.
Handle salary discussions and onboarding coordination.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for telecom hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
