Job summary

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source telecom professionals through portals and networks, conduct technical interviews, manage salary discussions, and build a strong pipeline while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Telecom recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
• Proficient with job portals, social media recruiting and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mobile Network and Fixed Network roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract telecom professionals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and deliver profiles.
• Source candidates via portals, social platforms, internal databases, and agencies.
• Conduct technical and competency-based interviews.
• Handle salary discussions and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for telecom hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
