Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of telecom project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G, FTTH, GPON, and fiber optics.
• Familiarity with UAE telecom operators and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mobile and fixed network projects from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors/contractors
• Ensure deployment of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, BTS, FTTH, transmission systems, etc.)
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule
