Job summary

Xad Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring operations and support growth. The role will manage recruitment strategies, team performance, employer branding, and candidate experience while ensuring UAE labor law compliance.

You will oversee sourcing, onboarding, collaboration with department heads, and ongoing performance analytics to drive hiring success and a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with hiring goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve departmental targets.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and coordinate with department heads.
• Strengthen sourcing channels and employer branding through events, partnerships, and social media.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and report insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
• Perform any other tasks as needed by management.
