Job summary

You will directly engage senior leaders, manage a portfolio of roles, and build strong relationships with founders and HR heads to win repeat mandates.

You will run end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions, source candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate offers and joining dates.

Qualifications

• Lead hiring for senior and C-suite roles via direct engagement and headhunting.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring open roles progress.
• Build relationships with founders, CXOs and HR heads to win mandates.
• Run end-to-end recruitment for white collar roles, from intake to joining.
• Understand role requirements, team dynamics and ideal candidate profile.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates with structured interviews and skills/culture assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and provide clear feedback to candidates and clients.
• Manage offers, salary negotiations, notice periods and joining dates.
• Maintain a pipeline for repeat and hard-to-fill roles.
• Track progress in ATS and report metrics weekly.

• Develop ongoing candidate pipelines for tough roles.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and time-to-hire weekly in ATS.
