JobLeader is seeking a Recruiter to join our Abu Dhabi team. The successful candidate will source, screen, and interview potential employees across UAE markets, leveraging multiple channels to identify top talent.

Ideal applicants hold a Bachelor's degree inHR or related field and have proven UAE recruitment experience, with strong communication, interpersonal and knowledge of local hiring laws. This role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Proven experience with recruitment in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Knowledge of applicable laws related to hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner
• Source candidates through various channels including job postings, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for interviews
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications
• Schedule in-person interviews with qualified candidates
• Participate in job fairs or other recruiting events as needed
• Follow up with selected applicants after interview process is completed
